MEET STUDENT’s NEEDS
We believe every kid has dignity. Yet, with more than 50% of our community’s students falling below the poverty line, we know we have some basic needs to meet for them to feel like that’s true. That’s why we keep things like a uniform closet & laundry facilities on hand, to make sure no kid is ever dirty at school. At our Back to School Bash, every student is given a new clean uniform & they can always snag a clean one while we wash & return theirs anytime they need it.
Plus, through our partnership with KeHe Distributors, we provide every student with a healthy snack 3x a week. And our partnership with Regional Food Bank allows us to send home backpacks of food to students from food-scarce homes over weekends and holidays. We always have student needs & welcome help providing for our kids.
